FKLM Africa Foundation is a registered non-profit organisation operating as a continental ecosystem restoration and community resilience platform. We operate in multiple African countries and serve an international donor, partner, and supporter base. Our registered office is in Nairobi, Kenya.

All content on this Site — including text, photography, graphics, logos, video, data, and software — is the property of FKLM Africa Foundation or its content licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may:

• View and print pages for personal, non-commercial use.
• Share links to our content with proper attribution.
• Use our published impact data for research or journalism with clear attribution to FKLM Africa Foundation.

Donations made through our Site are processed by third-party payment processors operating under their own terms and security standards. FKLM Africa Foundation does not store payment card information. All donations are made voluntarily; our refund policy is outlined at the point of donation.

FKLM Africa Foundation is a registered non-profit. Donation receipts are issued electronically. Tax deductibility depends on your country of residence and applicable law; please consult your tax adviser.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only. FKLM Africa Foundation has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

FKLM Africa Foundation makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information published on the Site but does not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Impact data and programme metrics are self-reported or verified at the time of publication and may not reflect the most current status.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FKLM Africa Foundation, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid to FKLM Africa Foundation in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for conduct we determine to be in violation of these terms or harmful to FKLM Africa Foundation, other users, or third parties.
